Andrew Marshall is active as an educator, vocal coach, conductor, and producer. He is the Director of the Jamaica Choral Scholars' Festival, a summer event held in Kingston, Jamaica, and is also the Composer-in-Residence of the Jamaica Symphony Orchestra.


Andrew is an alumnus of Northern Caribbean University in Mandeville, Jamaica, and Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Princeton, New Jersey.
